Itinerary

Day 1: Haridwar to Sonprayag/Sitapur

• Drive from Haridwar to Sonprayag/Sitapur.
• Check-in at the hotel and prepare for the Kedarnath trek.

Day 2: Sonprayag/Sitapur to Kedarnath

• Drive to Gaurikund and begin the trek (16 km) to Kedarnath.
• Visit Kedarnath Temple and attend evening aarti.
• Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 3: Kedarnath to Sonprayag/Sitapur to Pipalkoti

• Trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Pipalkoti.
• Check-in at the hotel and relax for the day.

Day 4: Pipalkoti to Badrinath and back to Pipalkoti

• Drive to Badrinath and visit Badrinath Temple.
• Explore nearby attractions like Tapt Kund and Mana Village.
• Return to Pipalkoti for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Pipalkoti to Haridwar

• Scenic drive back to Haridwar.
• End of the spiritual journey.

Cancellation Policy:

Within 30 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund

31 Days to 60 Days prior to Arrival: 50% Refund of the received Amount.

60 Days & More: 80% Refund of the received Amount (taxes are not refunded in any case)

Note: No refunds in case of Natural Calamities (Like Road Blocks, Accidents, etc)

Terms & Conditions:

• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control,

o such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster,

o fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis,

o road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations

o or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.

• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
• Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change) and Any additional charges incurred due to circumstances beyond our control during the trip, such as additional vehicle or hotel expenses, will be the responsibility of the customer to cover.
• AC will remain off in hilly areas as per company policy and road safety regulations.
